  • Prices are displayed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Placing an order is considered an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject orders.

  • Payment methods include:

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) – Pay the courier upon delivery.

    • Mobile Wallets (Vodafone Cash, Etisalat Cash, etc.).

  • If an item is unavailable after an order is placed, any prepaid amounts will be refunded.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • We deliver orders within Egypt only.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Cairo & Giza: 2–5 business days

    • Other governorates: 3–7 business days

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

  • Reflect-brands is not responsible for courier delays caused by weather, holidays, or external factors beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Customers may return or exchange products within 14 days of receiving the order, provided items are unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

  • Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • COD refunds are issued via bank transfer or mobile wallet within 7–10 business days.

  • Certain items such as underwear, swimwear, and final sale products are non-returnable.

6. Customer Responsibilities
